摘要
根据交交和交直交轧机传动的各自特点,提供了一种基于三电平交直交电路的气隙磁场定向电励磁同步电机矢量控制解决方案,它包括一种能在全速范围内观测电机磁链的混合模型观测方法、励磁系统的主电路拓扑和控制以及三电平空间矢量脉宽调制算法。仿真和实验结果验证了该控制方案具备良好的动态和稳态性能。
In accordance with the main drive systems of AC-AC and AC-DC-AC rolling mill, an air gap flux oriented vector control strategy was proposed for electrically excited synchronous motor to satisfy three-level AC-DC-AC system, which includes a mixed air gap flux estimator for full speed range, main circuit topology and control of field system and three-level space-vector pulse width modulation strategy. Simulation and test results demonstrate that the control strategy has good dynamic and static performances.
