摘要
介绍了一款250kW光伏并网逆变器的工作原理、主电路拓扑、技术参数和总体布局,阐述了其器件选型和参数计算,提出了一体化散热风道方案,并对整机结构进行了散热仿真和样机风量测试。仿真和样机试验结果表明,该逆变器能满足相关性能指标的要求。
It described the working principle, topology of power circuit, technical parameters and overall structure of a 250 kW PV grid-connected inverter, introduced its device selection principle and parameter calculation and proposed a method of integrative air duct for heat dissipation. Heat dissipation simulation and airflow rate measurement were carried out for the whole structure. Simulation and experimental results show that the inverter can meet the requirements of related performance indicators.
