Kegel盆底肌功能训练治疗产后女性压力性尿失禁临床效果观察

Kegel pelvic floor muscle function training on the prevention and treatment of postpartum female stress urinary incontinence

目的研究Kegel盆底肌功能训练对防治产后女性压力性尿失禁(stress urinary incontinence,SUI)的效果。方法选择2013年1月—2014年1月住院分娩的枕前位单胎初产妇200例作为研究对象,随机分成对照组和观察组各100例。对照组采取常规产后健康指导,观察组采取个体化的盆底肌功能训练指导,两组均干预6个月。比较两组SUI发生情况及治疗效果。计量资料组间比较采用t检验,组内比较采用配对t检验,计数资料采用χ2检验或Fisher确切概率法检验,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果观察组治疗总有效率为84.62%,高于对照组的41.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Kegel盆底肌功能训练后观察组尿垫试验结果为(21.70±8.41)ml,对照组为(47.80±9.44)ml,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论盆底肌功能训练对治疗产后女性压力性尿失禁成效显著,值得临床推广。

Objective To study the clinical effect of Kegel pelvic floor muscle function on the treatment of postpartum female stress urinary incontinence（SUI）. Methods 200 cases of primipara from January 2013 to January 2014 were selected, randomly divided into control group and observation group（n=100）. Patients in control group were treated with general postnatal health guidance, patients in observation group were treated with pelvic floor muscle function training guidance. Both the two groups were treated for 6 months. The occurrence and clinical effect of SUI were compared. Measurement data between groups were processed by t test, in group were processed by paird t test,count data were processed by chi square test or Fisher test, P〈0.05 was considered statistically significant. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 84.62%, higher than that of the control group（41.67%）, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The pad- test results of observation group was（21.70±8.41）ml, lower than that of the control group [（47.80±9.44）ml], the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The pelvic floor muscle function training can enhance the clinical effect of postpartum female SUI, worthy of clinical application.
