摘要
为提高某车型的被动安全性,依据厂家提供的车型图纸,在Catia中建立整车三维模型,并导入到Hyper Mesh中建立整车的有限元模型,将正面40%重叠可变形壁障模型导入到整车模型中进行求解前处理,利用LS-DYNA求解器求解,最后在Hyperview中查看分析结果,碰撞过程中整车出现回弹现象,前部吸能不充分;驾驶员侧加速度峰值为47.5 g,乘坐舒适性较差;前围板右上侧侵入量达196.4 mm,对驾驶员胸部伤害较大。为厂家提出产品改进建议,降低研发成本。
Building the car's 3D model with Catia and importing this model into HyperMesh to build the vehicle finite element model based on the drawings provided by the car makers in order to improve the ear passive safety. The model of frontal 40% overlap deformable barrier that is imported into vehicle model to calculate is pre-processed, and calculating it with LS-DYNA, finally the results of the analysis are viewed in Hyperview. Rebound phenomenon appeared in vehicle in the process of crash, anti the energy in front end can not be absorbed fully. Driver's peak acceleration is 47.5 g, the ride comfort is poorer, the amount of intrusion on upper right of front panel is up to 196.4 mm, the driver's chest is injured badly. The improvement suggestions are put forward for the manufacturer to reduce the cost of development.
