摘要
我国未来的排放法规将重点关注颗粒物排放数量。基于NEDC工况,利用仪器ELPI和MEXA-1000SPCS对GDI,MPI汽油车及CNG汽车进行了PM2.5排放特性研究,选取典型GDI车型进行了冷热启动对比和三元催化器前后颗粒物排放对比试验。结果表明:满足国Ⅴ标准的GDI汽油车颗粒物排放数量级(1012)超过法规限值(6.0×1011粒/km),冷启动、大负荷及瞬态加速工况是造成汽油车PM2.5排放的主要工况。GDI汽油机的PM2.5排放均为数量浓度占比大,质量浓度占比小,传统的颗粒物称重法不足以描述汽油车PM2.5排放特征。
The current number of paniculate emission will be focused in stipulating Chinese emission regulations in the future. Using ELPI and MEXA-1000SPCS to study PM2.5 emission characteristics for GDI, MPI gasoline vehicle and CNG vehicle based on NEDC cycle conditions is described in this paper, selecting the typical GDI vehicle to carry out the cold and hot start tests, and to make the particulate emission comparative tests before and after placing three-way catalytic convener. The results show that the current number 10^12 of GDI particulate emission to meet national standard V exceeded regulation limit (6.0×10^11#/km), the working conditions that cause PM2.5 emission mainly include cold start, big load and transient acceleration. The concentration of P takes large ratio, the concentration of PM takes small ratio, and the traditional weighing has been an imperfect method to measure PM2.5 emission.
