摘要 基于平衡记分卡管理思想,从财务、内部运营、技术、学习与成长4个维度构建评价指标体系,运用模糊综合评价法,以实地调研数据为支撑,对陕西联通ERP实施绩效进行实证分析。结果表明,陕西联通ERP项目整体上是成功的,其中,财务指标和技术指标隶属于评价等级"比较满意"的程度最高,分别为41%和46%,处于比较满意的水平;内部运营指标和学习与成长指标隶属于评价等级"一般"的程度最高,分别为42%和39%,处于较为一般的水平,并据此提出优化建议。 Based on the Balanced Score Card management thought, a four dimensions evaluation index system from financial, internal operations, technology, learning and growth is built and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used for empirical analysis on Shaanxi Unicorn Company ERP project implementation performance with the survey data from telecommunications operator. Results show that the implementation of Shaanxi Unicom Company ERP is successful in the whole. Financial and technical indicators are among the highest score in "relatively satisfactory" level with the scores of 41% and 46%. Internal operational metrics and learning and growth indicators are among the highest score in "general" level with the scores of 42% and 39%. Some suggestions are made based on these results.
