民办高校作为高等教育的重要组成部分,肩负着为地方经济建设发展输送合格、优秀人才的艰巨使命。在过去的一段时间里取得了一定成绩的同时,也存在着理论与实践脱节、实践育人环节凸显薄弱、实践内容、管理体制不够科学完善的实际问题。如不能得到有效解决和妥善处理,将严重制约着人才培养质量的提升和培养目标的实现。

As an important part of higher education, private colleges and universities shoulder arduous mission of transporting qualified talents for local economic construction and development. In the last period of time, it has made some achievements, but still has some practical problems, such as the disjointing of the theory and practice, highlighting weakness of practice education, unscientific practice content and management system. If we can＇ t handle them effectively and properly, it will severely restrict the improvement of training quality and the achievement of training goals.
