摘要
通过分析2013年中国社会状况综合调查(CSS2013)的数据,对家庭迁移背景下农民工工作满意度的影响因素进行解读,结果显示,家庭中的随迁人口和家庭矛盾会降低农民工的工作满意度,工作中的稳定性和发展前景而非收入水平对提升农民工工作满意度有显著影响,社会保障中的失业保险会提升农民工的工作满意度,社会资本和社会地位与农民工工作满意度密切相关。进一步研究表明,不同代际农民工工作满意度的影响因素存在较大差异,需要政府有针对性地为农民工及其家庭提供福利保障。
Based on data of Chinese Social Survey 2013,this article uses OLS regression method to explore the influence factor of job satisfaction of migrant workers in family migration from the four aspects of family characteristics,job status,social security and social capital. The results show that family stress and family conflict have significant effects on job satisfaction. The higher unemployment risk in modern society constitutes the restriction factor of job satisfaction. The level of income has little effect on job satisfaction.Unemployment insurance in social security will enhance the job satisfaction of migrant workers. Social capital and social status have significant effects on job satisfaction. The research shows that there are differences in job satisfaction level and influence factor among different generations of migrant workers. The state and the government should provide basic welfare policy for the families of migrant workers.
