摘要
以萤石选矿尾矿一石英尾渣作为主要原料制备蒸压石英尾渣砖,通过对原料配料、级配以及工艺条件的研究实验,以及对制品的抗压强度、抗折强度、抗冻性和放射等性能进行检测,结果表明产品符合GB/T11945-1999《蒸压灰砂砖》的技术要求。同时还研究了石英尾渣与石灰掺量对制品性能的影响;提出了石英尾渣生产蒸压石英尾渣砖的适宜配方和关键工艺参数。
The paper studies the fluorite-quartz tailings as the main raw material for preparing autoclaved quartz tailings brick. Through the test of the raw batch, grading and processing conditions, as well as compressive strength, flexural strength, frost resistance and radiation of the products, the results show that products meet the technical re?quirements of GB/T11945-1999“Autoclaved sand-lime brick”. And also studies the effect of quartz tailings and lime content on product performance, and proposes suitable formulations and critical process parameters for the au?toclaved quartz tailings brick.
