温度对纤维素醚改性水泥浆体流变性能影响的研究 被引量:3

摘要 以纤维素醚改性水泥浆体的表观粘度、塑性粘度、剪切应力和屈服应力为主要评价指标,研究温度对纤维素醚改性水泥浆体流变性能的影响。研究结果表明:在同一温度下,随剪切速率的增加,改性水泥浆体的表观粘度、剪切应力均不断增大,屈服应力呈现先增大再减小的趋势;在同一剪切速率下,随着温度的升高,纤维素醚改性水泥浆体的剪切应力不断减小;在相同纤维素醚掺量下,随着温度的升高,水泥浆体的屈服应力、塑性粘度增大。 Abstrate:In this paper, based on the apparent viscosity, plastic viscosity, shear stress and the yield stress of modi?fied cement paste as the main evaluation indexes, the influence of temperature on the rheological properties of ce?ment paste modified with cellulose ether were studied. The research results showed that:with the increase of shear rate, the apparent viscosity and the shear stress increased and the yield stress increased first and then decreased at same temperature;with the increase of temperature, the shear stress decreased at the same shear rate and the yield and plastic viscosity increased at the same content of cellulose ether.
