芯材改性对复合夹芯墙板力学性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 以水泥为胶凝材料、粉煤灰为活性掺合料、1mm^3mm砂和0mm^0.6mm砂为骨料、EPS颗粒为轻集料,辅以纤维素醚、可再分散乳胶粉为功能外加剂制备了复合夹芯墙板,研究了纤维素醚和可再分散乳胶粉的种类与掺量对复合夹芯墙板力学性能的影响。结果表明,掺加低粘度纤维素醚可降低板材面密度,掺加憎水性可再分散乳胶粉能提高板材抗压强度和软化系数,当HPMC-A的掺量为0.2%、胶粉B的掺量为1.0%时,复合夹芯墙板的面密度为59.3kg/m^2,抗压强度为4.36MPa,软化系数为0.90。 The composite sandwich wallboard is prepared by cement, fly ash, 1~3mm and 0~0.6mm sand, expanded polystyrene granule, fiber cement flat sheet, cellulose ether and redispersible emulsion powder. Effects of kinds and dosages of cellulose ether and redispersible emulsion powder are studied. Results shows that the areal density could decrease by adding low viscosity cellulose ether and the compressive strength and softening coefficient of wallboard could increase by adding hydrophobe redispersible emulsion powder. When the dosage of HPMC-A and Emulsion Powder B is respectively 0.2%and 1.0%, the areal density is 59.3 kg/m2, the compressive strength is 4.36 MPa and the softening coefficient is 0.90.
