摘要
如今在我国大多数企业中,人力资源的培训逐渐被提到重要的地位,但是在人力资源培训的具体过程中,不少企业尤其是中小企业仍然存在许多问题,如对人力资源培训的认识与态度上存在误区,人力资源培训的策略上还不系统和长远等等。通过对国内外一些人力资源培训方法理论的比较以及对国内企业的分析,从中小企业目前的用人机制现状、中小企业人力资源培训中存在的问题、中小企业在人力资源培训上与学校教育相结合的重要性等几个方面对中小企业人力资源培训问题进行进一步的分析和研究,从而提出对中小企业人力资源培训策略的建议,促进中小企业在竞争中发挥人力资源优势,实现稳定、长远发展。
This article compares some human resources training method theories and analyzes domestic enterprise, from the present situation of personnel mechanism in small and medium-sized enterprises,the problems which ex?ists in human resources’training of small and medium-sized enterprises,and the importance of relation between hu?man resources’training of small and medium-sized enterprises and education of universities, carries on the further analysis and the research in human resources training of small and medium-sized enterprises,and then propose sug?gestions to the human resources’training strategy of small and medium-sized enterprises,in order to promote small and medium-sized enterprises can display the human resources superiority in the competition, and realize the long-term development stably.
