摘要
规范的舆情管理关系着企业良好的产品形象和社会形象维护。通过对网络媒体规律的探索,建立企业舆情监测和应对机制,并在实践案例中实施检验,对网络舆情实际工作具有一定的借鉴意义。
Standard public opinion management has a bearing on the favorable product image and social image of an enterprise.Establishing the public opinion supervision and coping mechanism through the exploration into network media laws and implementing the mechanism in practical cases are of the given referential significance for the actual works of network public opinions.
