摘要
通过液体深层发酵获得羊肚菌菌丝体和发酵液为羊肚菌的开发利用提供了新的途径,本文以胞内多糖和胞外多糖为综合指标,对羊肚菌的最佳培养基组成进行了优化,并对羊肚菌发酵液的成分进行了分析。
Mycelium and submerged fermentation Broth provides a new way for the development and utilization of Morchella. In this paper, the best medium composition of Morchella had been optimized using the extracellular polysaccharide and intracellular polysaccharide yield as the indicators. And the compositions of the Morchella fermentation broth were analyzed in this study.
