摘要
目的:探讨微波治疗对髌腱炎术后患者疼痛的干预效果。方法:采取随机抽取分组法分为A(微波治疗)、B(中频脉冲电治疗)、C(红外线烤灯)、D(无干预治疗组)四组,每组20人,对比法来对比不同方式干预疼痛的效果。结果:通过跟踪调查分析,很明显可以看出,在采用各种治疗后,患者的膝部疼痛效果分别达到了90%、80%、65%和50%。说明微波治疗对髌腱炎术后患者的疼痛有着较好的效果。结论:通过几种治疗仪的对比,微波治疗能较好地缓解此类疾病的术后疼痛,从而加快了患者的后期康复训练进度。
objective: to study the microwave therapy on postoperative pain in patients with patellar tendinitis intervention effect.Methods: random grouping is divided into A treatment(microwave), B(intermediate frequency electric pulse treatment), C(infrared heat lamp), D(no intervention treatment group) four groups, each group of 20 people, the correlation method to compare different ways of intervention effect of pain.Results: through the tracking investigation and analysis, can be seen clearly, after using a variety of treatment, patients with knee pain effect reached 90%, 80%, 65% and 90% respectively.Shows that microwave therapy on postoperative pain in patients with patellar tendon inflammation has a better effect.Conclusion: through comparing several therapeutic apparatus,microwave therapy can relieve postoperative pain of such diseases, thus speeding up the patients with late rehabilitation training schedule.
