有氧运动对2型糖尿病心肌纤维化的影响

摘要 近年来,糖尿病的发病率呈逐年上升趋势,其中2型糖尿病患者大约占总数的90%以上。糖尿病可并发多种并发症,其中糖尿病心肌病是糖尿病重要并发症之一,其病理表现是心肌肥厚、心肌纤维化,已成为糖尿病患者死亡的主要原因。2型糖尿病的心肌纤维化是心肌间质胶原蛋白的过度降解或产生,导致各型胶原比例失调,心肌细胞间质纤维沉积产生的。本文就影响心肌纤维化的因子进行综述。
