雷炉洗剂微生物限度检查方法及验证

目的建立雷炉洗剂微生物限度检查方法并进行验证。方法分别采用常规法、培养基稀释法、薄膜过滤法对各试验菌株进行回收率试验,以验证已建立方法的科学性和可行性。结果雷炉洗剂对细菌有很强的抑制作用,采用薄膜过滤法,以p H 7.0氯化钠-蛋白胨缓冲液900 m L为冲洗液,可降低其抑菌性。结论该方法可用于雷炉洗剂的微生物限度检查。

Objective To establish and validate the method of microbial limit test of Ray Furnace Lotion. Methods Routine method,membrane filtration method,culture medium dilution method were used for each test strain recovery experi-ments,to verify the scientific and feasible of the established method. Results Ray Furnace Lotion had a strong inhibitory effect on bacteria,membrane filtration method was used with pH 7. 0 sodium chloride - peptone buffer 900 mL as flush flu-id,can reduce its antibacterial activity. Conclusion The method can be used for microbial limit test of Ray Furnace Lo-tion.
