摘要
目的分析我院静脉用药调配中心的药品破损情况,为降低药品破损率提供参考和建议.方法对2013～2014年我院静脉用药调配中心的破损药品数据进行整理归类、统计、分析药品破损的原因、品种及特殊药品的破损情况等.结果2013～2014年我院静脉用药调配中心的药品破损率均为0.05%,工作流程中各个环节均有报损,其中最主要的原因为原装破损、摆药破损及人员操作不当.结论我院静脉用药调配中心的药品破损率较低,药品的破损不可避免,但可以通过分析原因找出对策,进一步降低破损率.
Objective To analyze the drug consumption in pharmacy intravenous admixture service,to provide the ref-erence and advice for reducing the damage rate. Methods To analyze the causes of drug wastage of our hospital in PIVAS from 2013 to 2014,include the drug classification,statistics,variety,the breakage of the special drugs,etc. Results The drug breakage rate was 0. 05% in our PIVAS in 2013 ~ 2014. Each link in the work flow had drug wastage. Original dam-age,drug dispensing damage and improper operation caused damage were the most important three reasons. Conclusion The breakage rate was low in our PIVAS,the breakage of the drug was inevitable,but it can continue to reduce the damage rate through analyzing the reasons and find out the countermeasures.
