摘要
对于采用"局部-整体"法对大型构件进行的焊接装配模拟,局部模型的计算精度对整体结果有决定性的影响。本文通过SYSWELD软件利用"热循环曲线法"对厚板多层多道焊进行焊接模拟。针对多层多道焊接模拟计算,热循环曲线法能够解决传统热源模型加载引起的求解时间长、计算结果难以收敛无法得到计算结果的问题。首先建立实体三维模型,通过热源校核修正热源输入参数,之后提取热循环曲线作为热源进行多层多道焊焊接模拟,获得温度场、应力场以及变形结果。通过有限元模拟,为整体模型计算提供可靠局部模型结果。
For the welding assembly simulation of the large component using the local-global method,the accuracy of local model has a decisive effect on the whole results.The thermal cycling curve method is used to simulate the welding of multi-pass welding by SYSWELD.For simulation of multi-pass welding,thermal cycling curve method contributes to solve problems of long processing time for loading traditional heat source model,unobtainable calculation.Firstly,solid three-dimensional model was established,then the parameters were corrected by check of heat source.Thermal cycling curve was extracted as the heat source for multi-pass welding simulation,and then the temperature field,stress field and deformation results were obtained.The finite element simulation provides reliable local model results for the whole model calculation.
