重金属铅在鲫鱼体内的积蓄效应

Accumulative Effects of Heavy Metal Lead in Crucian Carp Body

本试验采用控制变量法,研究了不同鱼龄鲫鱼暴露在不同浓度水体中对铅的累积情况,试验结果表明:鲫鱼对铅(Pb)的富集规律性较强,铅在鱼体内的积累量与在水体中的鱼暴露时间和水体中铅浓度呈正相关。在同一浓度下,鲫鱼各部位对铅的积蓄量也不尽相同,其积累量表现为内脏>鱼鳃>鱼鳍>肌肉,且在内脏中的积累量比鱼鳃、鱼鳍和肌肉中积累量大很多。不同鱼龄的鲫鱼对铅的累积量(单位质量)相近,所以鱼龄不是鲫鱼对铅积蓄的决定性因素。

The accumulation of lead in different parts of crucian carp body was studied in this experiment by control variable method.Carp fish of different age of exposed to different concentrations of lead in water.The results show that the carp enrichment regularity of lead(Pb)is obvious.The accumulation of lead in fish was positively correlated with exposure time of fish in the water and concentration of lead in water.Under the same concentration,lead accumulation amount of each part of carp is different.Its accumulation as follows:viscus>gill>fin>muscle,and the accumulation amount in viscus is much more than that in fish gills,fins,and muscle.The amount of lead accumulation of carp of different age was similar,so the age is not the determining factor for lead accumulation of carp.
