摘要
对发动机的拖动工作过程进行调整,可以得到较大的制动功率,满足车辆辅助制动的需求。介绍了几种利用发动机进行制动的方法,分析了制动工作过程中能量损失的组成,制动功率的来源,对不同制动装置中提高制动能力的途径进行了分析研究,探讨了工作参数对系统工作性能的影响,为满足不同工况下的辅助制动要求,提出了动态连续调整发动机制动功率的改进方法。
Make adjustments to the engine dragging process, you can get bigger braking power to fit the requirements of automobile auxiliary brake. Introduced several methods to use engine as a brake, analyzed the composition of loss energy in engine dragging process, sources of braking power, studied the way to improve engine braking power, discussed the influence of operating parameters to the system performance, technical approaches to continuously adjust the engine braking power are given to meet the requirement of auxiliary brake under different working conditions.
