我国中西部贫困县中医医院信息技术人员队伍状况及建设对策

Present Situation and Construction Countermeasures of Information Technical Team in TCM Hospitals in Poverty Counties in Central and Western China

目的探索我国中西部贫困县中医医院信息技术人员队伍建设对策。方法对510所贫困县中医医院开展信息技术人员现状调查,分析贫困县中医医院信息部门设置状况及其信息技术人员来源途径、年龄构成、职称分布、学历分布等。结果信息技术人员总量不足,知识和能力结构单一,价值和作用未得到充分发挥,培训机制不健全。结论信息技术人员队伍建设滞后已成为我国中西部贫困县中医医院信息化发展的主要瓶颈,现阶段加强队伍建设应是重中之重。

Objective To explore the construction countermeasures of the information technical team in TCM hospitals in poverty counties in central and western China. Methods Totally 510 TCM hospitals in poverty counties were investigated for the present situation of information technical team. Then, the organizational establishment, origins, age structure and professional qualifications structure of information management department were analyzed. Results The quantity of members in the information technical team was gravely insufficient. Knowledge and ability structure is unitary, value and function were not fully utilized, and a sound training mechanism for the information technical team had not been set up. Conclusion The construction of information technical team is far behind demand, which has become the main bottleneck in the informatization development of TCM hospitals of poverty counties in central and western China. Therefore, strengthening the team construction should be a priority for all at present.
