强化实验技能考核 提高药学学生实践能力

Strengthen Experimental Skill Assessment, Improve Practice Ability of Pharmacy Students

目的强化药学学生的实验技能,并为今后的工作打下坚实的基础。方法药学院专门组织教师讨论筛选出具有代表性、毕业生应具备的实验技能作为考核项目,分为基本实验技能篇和专业实验技能篇;编写《药学院学生实验技能考核指南》作为学生复习指导材料,并详细制定毕业生实验技能考核的评分标准和具体实施方案。在考核内容方面,根据专业不同特点而有所侧重。初步形成一个完整、能全面衡量实验能力的考核体系。另外,采用现场抽签的形式,分专业对学生逐一进行考核。结果毕业生实验技能考核成绩均呈正态分布,且考核成绩在60分以下的学生人数逐年下降,2014年实验技能考核成绩高分人数居多。结论实验技能考核是提高药学专业学生实验动手能力的有效手段。

Objective To cultivate experimental skill of pharmacy students; To lay a solid foundation for their further work. Methods College of pharmacy organized teachers to discuss and screen out typical experimental skills owned by graduates as assessment items, which were divided into basic experimental skills and professional experimental skills;Assessment Guide of Experimental Skill for Pharmacy Students was compiled as review materials and standard for evaluation and concrete implementation plan for graduates were designed carefully. In view of assessment contents, the college would make emphasis according to the features of different majors. A complete and comprehensive assessment system was formed initially. Lots drawing at site was used to evaluate students in different majors. Results The experimental skill assessment scores showed normal distribution, and the number of students below 60 dropped year by year. Most students got high scores in 2014. Conclusion Experimental skill assessment is the effective measure to improve experimental ability of pharmacy students.
