潍坊市心理卫生医务工作者工作现状及满意度调查分析

Investigation and analysis of mental health workers' working status and satisfaction in Weifang

目的:了解潍坊市心理卫生医务工作者的工作现状、满意度水平以及对心理卫生工作的建议,分析影响满意度的主要因素,为针对性制定相关政策和采取相应措施提供科学依据。方法:召开全市卫生系统心理健康服务工作现状调研座谈会,对全市从事心理卫生工作的所有专业人员发放调查问卷,使用SPSS 11.5统计软件进行数据处理。结果:心理卫生工作者对工作现状满意程度不高,特别是在工作压力、社会地位、工作待遇、工作环境等方面满意度较低,且满意度与学历、职称、岗位及工龄有关,且差异有统计学意义。结论:应根据心理卫生工作者对工作的满意度情况,采取针对性的管理措施及激励机制,提高他们的工作积极性,从而提高医疗服务质量,促进心理卫生事业的健康发展。

Objective: To understandmental health workers' working status,satisfaction degree and advice for mental health work and analyze the main factors influencing satisfaction so as to provide a scientific basis for taking corresponding measures and formulating relevant policies. Methods: Astatus research forum in the city's Mental Health system was held,and all city mental health workers completed a questionnaire. Then the data were processed by using SPSS11.5. Results: The mental health workers' satisfaction on the working status was not high,especially on work pressure,social status,working conditions,work environment and so on,the satisfactionwas related with education,title,position and length of service,and the differences were statistically significant. Conclusions: According to the mental health workers' satisfaction degreeof the working status,some targed management measures and incentive mechanisms should be taken to improve their work enthusiasm,thereby improving the quality of medical services,and promoting the healthy development of psychological health.
