摘要
当前,我国庭审语言存在诸多问题,为了提高司法活动质量,增强法律实施权威性,为依法治国的实现打好基础,庭审语言的规范化势在必行。规范的庭审语言需要遵从准确、简洁、典雅三个方面的准则,通过采用多样化手段和措施提升庭审语言的整体水平。
Presently, there are too many problems in the use of court language in our country. In order to improve the quality of judicial activities, enhance the authority of law enforcement, and lay a good foundation for governing the country by law, it is imperative to standardize the court language. The standardization of the court language needs to follow three rules: precision,concision and elegance. Only through various means and measures can the overall level of the court language be upgraded.
