摘要
以滴水观音(Alocasia macrorrhiza)为供试材料,研究了短期干湿交替胁迫对滴水观音的叶片抗氧化系统、丙二醛以及脯氨酸含量的影响。结果显示,短期干旱胁迫下,滴水观音可增强POD、CAT酶系活性,提高Pro与MDA含量以抵御干旱胁迫的影响;复水后,植株抗氧化系统、丙二醛以及脯氨酸含量发生明显变化:与对照相比,短期深水位淹水胁迫会提高植株抗氧化系统酶活性,增加植株叶片Pro与MDA含量,并随淹水水位增加胁迫作用越明显。试验结果进一步显示,短期干旱胁迫后,及时补充适宜水分(1/4淹水或仅淹没根部)可促使植株恢复到正常生长水平。
Alocasia macrorrhiza was used to study the effect of short time wet-dry alternation on its antioxidant enzyme system( SOD, POD, CAT), malondialdehyde( MDA) and proline( Pro). The results showed that under short time drought stress,POD and CAT enzyme activities enhanced,Pro and MDA contents to resist the influence of drought stress.After rehydration,the antioxidant enzyme system,Pro and MDA contents changed significantly: compared with control,short time deep water flooding stress could enhance POD and CAT enzyme activities,increase leaves Pro and MDA contents,and the stress effect was more obvious with water level increasing. The results also showed that adding suitable water( 1 /4 drowned or only root drowned) could spur plant return to normal growth after short time drought stress.
