摘要
滁州学院青年教师教学能力现状调查数据表明,青年教师教学能力多项指标处于中等水平,有较大的提升空间;目前采用的一些提升青年教师教学能力的途径和方法的效果不够理想,需要调整和改进;不同教龄段教师教学能力的表现存在差异。在提升青年教师教学能力中,应充分发挥三个主体在提升青年教师教学能力中的作用、充分发挥多种提升教学能力途径和方法的作用,根据不同类型、不同教龄段教师的特点和需求,采用不同的提升途径和方法。
The survey data about teaching ability for young teachers show that many indicators of teaching ability for young teachers at Chuzhou University are at the middle level,and have bigger promotion space;Currently,the effect of the ways and methods used to promote young teachers' teaching ability is not ideal,and need to be adjusted and improved;teaching abilities are different for teachers between various teaching periods.In improving the young teachers' teaching ability,the role of the three main bodies should be given full play to in improving the young teachers' teaching ability,and so does the role of various ways and methods.Different measures and ways should be adopted according to the characteristics and needs of different types and teaching period.
