摘要
通过对液压分流集流阀的结构及工作原理进行分析,建立分流集流阀的数学模型。利用AMESim软件对其分流工况进行建模、仿真、分析,着重分析了阀的同步精度、响应时间等动态性能。在此基础上分析了阀的结构参数:阀门直径、对中弹簧刚度、弹簧座及定节流口、可变节流口直径对液压分流集流阀同步精度的影响,为阀的设计提供了参照。
Through analysis of flow distributing and collecting valve structure and working principle, Establish the valve mathe- matical model. Conduct modeling, simulation, analysis of the shunt condition by using AMESim software,the dynamic perform- ance of valve timing, response time, etc.. Based on an analysis of the structure parameters of the valve: the valve diameter,the neutral spring stiffness, spring seat diameter and throttling mouth, variable orifice diameter to effect of synchronization accuracy of valve, these provide a reference to valve design.
