种族考量与种族中立:从费舍尔案看美国高等教育公平论争

摘要 费舍尔案集中反映了种族考量与种族中立的高等教育公平政策取向之争。围绕该论争的学术成果对我国的高考招生制度改革等现实议题具有参考价值,进一步印证了我国少数民族高考招生优惠政策的必要性。同时也说明,相关政策可进一步细化,并做严格的论证与公开透明的讨论。
