摘要
针对电铲推压皮带经常松动打滑的问题,在控制轴上安装旋转编码器,应用PLC技术设计出一种皮带打滑控制装置。该控制系统选用FX2N-48MR系列PLC作为控制器,软硬件配合使用,解决了皮带打滑的问题。
Aiming at the problems of electric shovel push belt often loose slippery, install rotary encoder on the control shaft, and use PLC technology to design a control device for a belt slipping. The control system uses FX2N-48 MR series PLC as the controller, using hardware and software to solve the problem of belt slipping.
