CT导向下^(125)I粒子植入治疗肺转移瘤的疗效观察及护理研究

Efficacy of CT Guided ^(125)I Seed Implantation in the Treatment of Lung Metastases and Nursing Research

目的分析CT导向下125I粒子植入治疗肺转移瘤的疗效观察及护理。方法我院收治肺转移瘤患者共90例,均采用CT导向下125I粒子植入治疗,在此基础上给予患者优质护理,观察护理效果。结果 231个病灶中,缓解有效率为90.91%。发生气胸情况患者8例,但在经过相关治疗后均全部好转。结论采用CT导向下125I粒子植入治疗具有创伤小、效果好的优势,做好相关的护理工作能够进一步提升治疗效果。

Objective To analyze the clinical observation and nursing of ^125I seed implantation in the treatment of metastatic tumor of lung under CT guidance. Methods Our hospital pulmonary metastases in patients with a total of 90 cases, were treated by CT guided ^125I seeds implantation treatment, on this basis to give patients a high quality of nursing, nursing effect observation. Results 231 lesions, the remission rate was 90.91%. The occurrence of pneumothorax in 8 eases, but after the after treatment were all improved. Conclusion ^125I implantation for treatment with less trauma and good effect advantage using CT guidance, nursing related can further enhance the therapeutic effect.
