摘要
目的探讨老年呼吸道感染合并肺心病右心衰竭的护理方法。方法选取呼吸道感染合并肺心病右心衰竭患者66例均进行综合护理,观察护理效果。结果患者的护理总有效率为98.5%和并发症发生率为3.03%。结论对该类患者实施综合护理不仅能够提高治疗的有效率,也可降低并发症的发生率。
Objective To study the elderly respiratory infection merged the nursing methods of cor pulmonale right heart failure. Methods Selected 66 patients with respiratory tract infection merged cor pulmonale right heart failure are comprehensive nursing, the nursing effect. Results The nursing in patients with the total effective rate was 98.5% and the incidence of complications was 98.5%. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing in patients with the class can not only improve the treatment efficiency, reduce the incidence of complications.
