摘要
为分析我国H7N9流感易感人群的性别、年龄、分布和感染途径,便于有针对性地做好人的防护,采用描述性分析方法,对国家疾病预防控制中心对外公布的H7N9流感人间病例进行年龄统计分析。数据显示人H7N9流感病例的平均年龄为54岁,以60-74岁年龄组发病率最高,为7.3/107,死亡病例的平均年龄为65岁,以75-89岁年龄组死亡率最高,为7.4/107。我国H7N9流感的最易感人群为老年人,提示应加强对老年人的防护。
Descriptive analysis was used to analyze the reported human H7N9 influenza cases from China Center for Disease Control and Prevention. The average age of the case was 54 and age specific incidence was highest in 60-79 years old people（7.3/107）. The average age of dead cases was 65 and age specific death rate was highest in 75-89 years old people（7.4/107）. So the susceptible population was the old,and self-protection should be taken.
