基层动物卫生监督执法领域职务犯罪的危害及防范

Brief Analysis of the Harm and Prevention of Duty Crime in Animal Health Supervision and Law-enforcement at Grass-roots Level

近年来,在动物卫生监督执法领域的职务犯罪时有发生。本文从党风廉政建设的角度,指出在基层动物卫生监督执法领域职务犯罪的具体表现,分析基层动物卫生监督执法领域职务犯罪的危害,进而提出了防范基层动物卫生监督执法领域职务犯罪的对策。

In recent years,duty crime cases frequently appeared in the field of animal health supervision and lawenforcement. Specific expressions of duty crime in animal health supervision and law-enforcement at grassroots level were pointed out in this paper from the perspective of clean government construction,and its harms were analyzed as well. And finally actions to prevent duty crime in animal health supervision and law-enforcement at grass-roots level were recommended.
