摘要
2014年3月,北京某规模化猪场发病,病猪表现为呼吸困难、耳朵发绀、体温升高、进食减少、眼结膜发炎等临床症状。通过组织病理学、分子生物学结合病原学方法,对该猪场病死仔猪检测分析。大体剖检结果显示肺脏干酪样变,肾脏肿大,淋巴结呈黑红色;组织病理学结果显示仔猪肺脏严重出血,肠道大面积坏死。PCR检测PRRSV和大肠杆菌阳性。综合诊断该猪场混合感染猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒与致病性大肠杆菌,从而导致严重的出血性肺炎和坏死性肠炎,引起仔猪死亡。
Large number of pigs in a pig farm of Beijing suffered from a disease in March 2014,manifested as dyspnea,skin cyanosis,hyperthermia,decreased appetite,conjunctiva inflammation and other clinic symptoms. Severe pathological changes were observed: pulmonary caseation,kidney enlargement and black and red lymph nodes. The histopathological findings included severe pulmonary hemorrhage and intestinal tract necrosis. PCR was used to identify the pathogen. The results showed that these swine were infected with porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus and pathogenic Escherichia coli,resulting in hemorrhagic pneumonia and necrotic enteritis,finally causing pig deaths.
