The biological specimen bank is the foundation of translational medicine. It is the important link of life science research and the medical industry chain. In recent years,many institutions plan to construct a biological specimen bank in different form and operation mode. The purpose of this paper is to expound the public platform of biological specimen bank construction and management in medical institutions.
