超声对腹部常见淋巴结肿大的诊断价值探讨

Diagnostic value of ultrasonography for abdominal lymphadenopathy

目的探讨B超对腹部常见淋巴结肿大的诊断价值。方法选择腹部淋巴结肿大患者共79例,采用超声和CT检查进行诊断比较,分析诊断的准确度和影像学特点。结果超声诊断炎性淋巴结肿大、淋巴瘤、淋巴结结核、转移瘤的准确度显著高于CT检查,超声在诊断淋巴结肿大、淋巴瘤、淋巴结结核、转移瘤方面具有其独特的影像学特点。结论超声能够按照腹部淋巴结病变所呈现的大小、形态等进行观察分析,对腹部常见淋巴结肿大具有一定诊断价值。

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of ultrasonography for common lymphadenopathy in the abdomen. Methods A total of 79 cases of abdominal lymphadenopathy were collected. The diagnostic accuracy of ultrasonography and CT were compared and imaging fea-tures were analyzed. Results The diagnosis accuracy of ultrasonography in inflammatory lymph nodes,lymphoma,lymphoid tuberculosis and me-tastatic tumors was significantly higher than that of CT and showed unique imaging features for these diseases. Conclusion Ultrasonography pro-vides the observation and analysis of abdominal lymph nodes,it has certain diagnostic value for abdominal lymphadenopathy.
