临床护理路径在脑出血患者中的应用

Application of CNP in the treatment of patients with cerebral hemorrhage

目的:探讨临床护理路径在脑出血患者中的应用效果。方法:将100例脑出血患者随机分为观察组和对照组各50例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予临床护理路径护理,比较两组护理效果、并发症发生情况及护理满意度。结果:护理4周后,观察组Barthel指数、FAM积分改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05),两组住院时间、住院费用、健康知识知晓率、护理满意度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:临床护理路径能提高神经内科脑出血患者的护理质量,降低并发症发生率,缩短住院时间,减轻患者经济负担。

Objective：To investigate the application effect of clinical nursing pathway（CNP）in the treatment of patients with cerebral hemorrhage. Methods：100 patients with cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group（50 cases in each group）. The patients in the control group were given routine nursing care and the CNP was implemented in the nursing care in the observation group,the nursing effect,incidence of complications and satisfaction of nursing care were compared between the two groups. Results：After 4 weeks of nursing care,the improvement of Barthel index and FAM score was superior in the observation group to that in the control group（P ﹤ 0. 05）;there were statistically significant differences in the comparison of the time and expenses of hospitali-zation,awareness rate of health knowledge and the satisfaction rate of the patients with nursing care between the two groups（P ﹤ 0. 05）;the incidence of complications was lower in the observation group than the control group（P ﹤ 0. 05）. Conclusion：Application of CNP can im-prove the quality of nursing care in the treatment of patients with cerebral hemorrhage,reduce the incidence of complications,shorten the length of hospital stay and reduce the economic burden of the patients.
