教师标准化病人在内科护理学客观结构化临床考试中的应用 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探讨在客观结构化临床考试(OSCE)中应用教师标准化病人(TSP)在内科护理学客观结构化临床考试中的应用效果。方法:将我校2011级116名护理本科生随机分为实验组和对照组各58名。对照组采用观看录像加示教-练习-指导相结合的模式进行临床技能教学,实验组在观看录像的基础上辅以TSP教学。通过技能考核评分表对学生进行评分,比较考试结果。结果:实验组临床技能考试成绩明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:TSP应用于内科护理学临床技能教学可明显提高学生的技能操作能力。
