陕西省4G产业关键技术的专利布局研究

从4G产业关键技术专利布局的角度入手,利用中国知识产权局(SIPO)的专利信息检索平台,对陕西省4G产业关键技术的专利进行全面的检索,通过对申请量的年度趋势、申请人、IPC、技术分解等方面分布情况的分析,总结出陕西省4G产业关键技术专利布局存在分布不均衡的问题,主要体现在主要申请人、IPC技术和产业链关键环节等方面,并根据研究结论提出相关可行性的建议。
