围绝经女性阴道微环境分析及干预后临床评价 被引量:4

摘要 目的了解围绝经期女性阴道p H值及微生态状况,探讨围绝经期女性阴道局部给予乳酸菌干预后进行阴道菌群微生态学评价的临床意义。方法选取我院妇科门诊常规体检的已婚女性280名,年龄45~55岁。分为围绝经期组和乳酸菌干预组,干预组给予乳酸菌胶囊,阴道给药,2枚/d,连续用药10 d。采集阴道分泌物,测定p H值,行革兰染色涂片后进行阴道微生态学评价。结果干预组阴道p H值为(4.3±0.6),较围绝经期组降低,差异有统计学意义。干预后BV、VVC和混合感染的患病率比围绝经期降低,差异有统计学意义。无症状体征围绝经期女性中,仍有30.48%存在阴道微生态失调。结论给予乳酸菌干预后,围绝经期女性阴道微生态发生改变,表现为p H值降低,细菌性阴道病(BV)、外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病(VVC)和混合感染的患病率比围绝经期组降低。
