四肢洗方联合麻黄附子细辛汤治疗中风后患侧下肢水肿的效果观察

Curative Effect Evaluation of Limb Washing Formula and Mahuang Fuzi Xixin Decoction Treatment of Stroke Patients with Lower Extremity

目的探讨四肢洗方联合麻黄附子细辛汤治疗中风后患侧下肢水肿的效果观察。方法将96例中风后患侧下肢水肿患者随机分为中药治疗组和对照组,对照组给予胰激肽原酶治疗,中药治疗组在对照组的基础上,给予四肢洗方联合麻黄附子细辛汤进行治疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗后,两组患者水肿症状评分显著下降(P<0.05),且中药治疗组下降更为明显(P<0.05);其总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论四肢洗方联合麻黄附子细辛汤可显著改善中风后患侧下肢水肿情况,促进患者康复。

OBJECTIVE To explore the curative effect evaluation of Limb Washing Formula and Mahuang Fuzi Xixin Decoction treatment of stroke patients with lower extremity.METHODS 96 cases stroke patients with lower extremity were divided into TCM treatment group（n=48） and control group（n=48）.The patients of TCM treatment group were given Limb Washing Formula and Mahuang Fuzi Xixin Decoction on the basis of control group,and the patients of control group were given kallidinogenase.The curative effect of two groups were compared.RESULTS After treatment,the scores of lower extremity of two groups dropped significantly（P〈0.05）,while that of the TCM treatment group were lower than of the control group（P〈0.05）.The total effective rate of TCM treatment group were higher than in the control group（87.50%VS 81.25%,P〈0.05）.CONCLUSION The Limb Washing Formula and Mahuang Fuzi Xixin Decoction could improve the lower extremity of stroke patients promote the patient＇s recovery.
