食道超声经胸引导下房间隔缺损封堵术患者的围术期护理及临床效果分析

Analysis on Nursing Care and Clinical Effects of Patients with Atrial Septal Defects Accepting Interventional TreatmentVia Chest Closure

目的探讨食道超声经胸引导下房间隔缺损(ASD)封堵术患者的围术期护理及临床效果。方法选择2013年6月至2014年12月我院收治的行食道超声经胸引导下小切口封堵术治疗的ASD患者62例,按照随机数表法分为对照组和护理组,每组31例。对照组给予常规护理,护理组在常规护理的基础上建立新的护理程序,主要包括术前、术中和术后3个方面。记录两组患者手术时间、经胸小切口操作时间和住院时间,比较分析两组患者经过护理后的并发症发生率和患者家属满意率。结果护理组患者手术时间、经胸小切口操作时间和住院时间均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);护理组患者并发症发生率明显低于对照组,而患者家属满意率显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对食道超声经胸小切口封堵器治疗ASD患者加强围术期护理,可以提高手术成功率,缩短患者康复时间,降低并发症发生率,提高患者家属满意率。

OBJECTIVE To summarize the chest of atrial septum defect（ASD）closure intervention perioperative nursing experience.METHODS According to the random indicator method,62 cases of patients with guiding small thoracic incision ASD closure treatment from June 2013 to December 2014 were divided into control group and nursing group,with 31 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,while the nursing group wastreated with a new nursing process on the basis of conventional nursing care,which mainly includes preoperative,intraoperative and postoperative.The operation time,operation time of the small chest incision and hospital stay of two groups of patients were recorded,meanwhile the incidence of complications after nursing and satisfaction of patients＇ families of two groups of patients were statistical analyzed.RESULTS The operation time,the small chest incision operation time and hospital stay of nursing group were significantly lower than control group（P〈0.05）;The incidence of complications of nursing group was obviously lower than the control group,at the same time family satisfaction was significantly higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.CONCLUSIONS ASD patients were treated by small chest incision closure strengthening perioperative nursing care could improve the success rate of surgery,shorten the patients＇ recovery time,reduce the incidence of complications and improve patient satisfaction,which was worth popularizing in clinic widely.
