临床痰标本中鲍曼不动杆菌耐药性分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的对临床肺部感染患者痰标本中分离出的鲍氏不动杆菌耐药性进行分析和总结,为临床合理使用抗生素提供参考。方法 2012年1月-2015年1月,从某院肺部感染患者的痰标本中共分离出73株鲍氏不动杆菌,采用药敏分析仪对其进行抗菌药物的敏感性试验。结果在73株痰标本分离的鲍氏不动杆菌中,对各种抗菌药物的耐药率由高到低分别是氨曲南(86.3%),哌拉西林(84.9%),头孢噻肟(82.2%),妥布霉素(74.0%),磺胺甲噁唑/甲氧苄啶(71.2%),头孢吡肟(71.2%),环丙沙星(67.1%),而对头孢他啶/克拉维酸钾(42.5%),亚胺培南(45.2%)和美罗培南(46.6%)耐药率相对较低。结论鲍氏不动杆菌对多种抗菌药物耐药率均较高,临床应合理使用抗菌药物,减少多耐药菌株的产生。
