细菌RNA结合蛋白Hfq研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 Hfq蛋白是细菌中重要的转录后调控子,参与调节细菌的生长、代谢、压力环境适应能力等多种生命活动,影响细菌的多种生理代谢过程。在致病菌中,Hfq蛋白与细菌的毒力密切相关。Hfq主要通过结合RNA来影响其稳定性,或者是通过辅助非编码小RNA(sRNA)与mRNA结合来调节靶基因的表达。文章对Hfq在致病菌中的作用及寻找Hfq靶标RNA的研究方法进行了综述,以期为Hfq的功能研究奠定基础。
