Study on Patent Portfolio Strategy and Its Impact on Technological Innovation Performance

在知识经济时代,企业拥有强烈的专利组合动机。基于专利碎片化、专利"丛林"的发展背景,本文从专利属性、公司规模、产品流程三个视角剖析了企业专利组合策略及其特征,并结合现有研究探讨了基于专利属性的组合策略对企业技术创新绩效的影响,为深化该领域的学术研究提供了建议,同时也为我国企业优化专利组合、提升技术创新能力和绩效提供了理论指导。

In the era of knowledge economy, enterprises manifest a strong motivation towards patent portfolios. Based on the context of patent fragmentization and patent thicket, this paper firstly dissects the features of patent portfolio strategies in terms of patent property, business scale and product flow, and then discusses the tactics＇ impact on technological innovation performance from the perspective of pa- tent property according to existing theories, thus points out new orientations for further studies and provides modem corporations with theo- retical guidance concerning how to optimize the strategies of patent portfolio and enhance the capacity and performance of technological in- novation.
