合作联盟间失败知识定价模型研究

On the Pricing Model of Failure Knowledge in Cooperation Alliances

合作联盟间企业的发展依赖于知识共享,而失败学习对创新发展有着重要意义,失败知识的共享是知识共享的重要部分。而联盟间的知识并不是无偿共享,在知识共享中引入知识交易机制,分析知识供给者、需求者和平台服务商之间发生的交易行为,需要对交换中的失败知识确定一个价格。本文通过两阶段博弈模型对失败知识价格、知识平台价格和知识共享成本的定价进行研究,研究表明,合作性的失败知识定价策略在不同情况下都能够使平台服务商和失败知识供给企业受益;在失败知识需求量不同时,平台服务商和知识供给企业应采取不同的奖励策略。

The development of enterprises depends on knowledge sharing, in which failure knowledge plays an important role, and the failure knowledge sharing is an important part of knowledge sharing in innovation. This paper analyzes the framework of knowledge trans- action in cooperation alliances and the transaction process of knowledge supplier, demander and platform operator. We build a two-stage game model of cooperative innovation using Game Theory. The results indicate that： it is a better choice for the platform operator to coop- crate with the knowledge supplier; and, it would be a better strategy for the platform operator and the knowledge supplier to take different reward strategies when the quantity of failure knowledge is different.
