PSE舆情雷达图分析在反恐维稳中的应用研究

On Application of PSE Public Opinion Radar Map Analysis in Anti-terrorism and Stability Sustaining Efforts

当今国内外反恐维稳的特殊性、复杂性和艰巨性,促使情报战必须与时俱进。本文结合公安社工学研究组关于PSE舆情雷达图研究成果,探索其与反恐维稳情报预判有机结合,并利用安全维度三大要素、五大安全指标深入探讨。案例结合607厦门BRT爆炸事件为切入点,将理论研究成果与实战相结合,阐述了PSE舆情雷达图各大系数的指标参考操作,对于提升反恐维稳情报战,完善预判能力提出了一些行之有效的建议。

Nowadays the particularity, complexity and difficulty of combating terrorism and safeguarding stability at home and overseas prompt intelligence fight to keep pace with the times. Combing with the police social engineering team＇ s PSE pubfic opinion research, this research explores how it can organically combine with the stability and terror intelligence forecasting, and a further discussion is then car- ried out using the three main factors of the security dimension and the five radar safety indexes. The case analysis of the ＂607 Xiamen BRT bombings＂ combines theoretical research with actual combat, which helps state the index reference operation of each major coefficient. The study also puts forward some effective suggestions on how to improve the intelligence fight in combating terrorism and safeguarding stability at last.
