Based on accurately grasping the new features , new challenges , and new trends of Chinese rapid transformation , he put forward a series of guidelines , and advocated the current Chinese society construction and social governance in practice . Since the end of the 20th century , Zheng Hangsheng＇s thoughts on social construction have greatly influenced in both the academic field and the policy field , even in the wider social level . This paper takes the social operation theory as the main line , and attempts to discuss his theory basis , the core values , and his influential significance .
