高校贫困生资助模式的优化与创新

Optimization and Innovation of Assistance Model for the Poor College Students

高校贫困生上学难和就业难是两个存在内在联系的问题。我国高校贫困生资助模式以重视解决其上学难问题的资助为主,而提高贫困大学生综合能力尤其是就业能力的资助渠道还不够通畅。从提升贫困大学生就业能力的角度来看,需要构建一种以经济帮扶为基础,以能力培养为核心,以提高就业竞争力为目标,项目化和"以勤代补"的"发展性资助模式"。进而通过社团化管理、校企合作、典型带动的管理运行机制,在学校层面最大程度化解高校贫困生上学难和就业难的"两难"问题。

The poor college students have encountered two interrelated problems of the entrance and employment difficulties . The assistance model for these students in China focuses on solving the entrance difficulty . But the model of helping improve the comprehensive ability , especially employment ability , is not available . From the viewpoint of promoting poor college students＇ employment ability , we should establish a“developmental model” based on economical aid , focusing on cultivating their abilities , aiming at improving their employment competitiveness . Through the systematic management of students＇associations in colleges ,the cooperation between college and enterprises ,and the example model setting , we try to help the poor college students go over entrance and employment difficulties .
